Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service. Drive sales and meet targets through effective rostering, coaching, and performance management. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products effectively. Manage store operations including stock control, inventory management, and administrative tasks. Uphold Glassons brand values and standards at all times. Requirements: Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences. Ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment. A proactive and results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
