THE ROLE This vacancy is available purely due to growth and rapid expansion across their NSW business. Theyre not just looking for a Senior Administrator they need an experienced office powerhouse who keeps every moving part running seamlessly. In this role, youll coordinate across departments, work closely with commercial leaders, and ensure projects are fully compliant from assembly through to dismantlement, all while aiding the business to exceed industry standards. The key duties will see you supporting the Director, HR and Finance Manager ensuring: Compile, coordinate, and prepare tender submissions in line with client requirements, tender criteria, and company standards Review, proofread, and format submission documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and alignment with company branding and presentation Support the coordination of tender timelines, deliverables, and submission schedules to ensure all deadlines are achieved efficiently and professionally. Maintain and manage tender registers, documentation, and online portals, ensuring effective document control, version management, and accessibility of records. Collaborate with internal departments, operational teams, and external stakeholders to gather accurate information and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, competitive submissions. Prepare professional reports, presentations, proposals, and correspondence for clients, suppliers, and business partners, with strong capability in Excel and branded document creation. Coordinate team events, client meetings, workshops Provide live project and data support, maintaining accurate records and tracking machinery licenses, expiry dates, plant assembly and dismantle dates in conjunction with Safework. Support the broader team with day-to-day administrative, operational, and office management duties, contributing to an efficient and well-organised workplace. Work closely with Finance being the backup for accounts payable and payroll in time of leave and overload. Monthly statutory reporting to the senior leadership team. THE ESSENTIALS Experienced in a range of departments and interactions from Senior administration, tender compilation, transactional accounts, to C suite leaders, and qualified trades Proactive, thinker who wanted to understand and assist the bigger company objective Industry knowledge, or exposure within civil / construction, ideally exposure to the Craning, Rigging arena Elevated level problem solving, negotiation and strategic thinking ability A resolver, collaborative, with an ability to nut out concerns guaranteeing solutions Ability to self-manage and work as part of a collaborative team Upkeep the necessary ISO standards across the business Proficient computer skills, Word Document, Excel, Power point, THE APPLICATION Please send your updated rsume utlining your skills related to the description above to ***********@labourconnect.com.auor simply click the link
