The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of official documents and parcels. Key Responsibilities Deliver and collect official mail and documents between the Embassy and various organizations Handle parcels and correspondence with confidentiality and care Ensure timely pickups and deliveries Assist with basic administrative tasks when required Maintain the vehicle (if provided) and follow all road safety regulations Skills and Experience Valid Australian drivers license Good knowledge of Canberra roads and surrounding areas Strong time management and reliability Professional presentation and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion What We Offer Professional and stable working environment Opportunity to work in a diplomatic setting
