In this role, you will leverage your desktop, server and cloud knowledge to work with established internal teams and clients, delivering friendly and reliable client support working with on-premise and cloud solutions. Your work as a Service Desk Analyst will focus primarily on providing desktop, server and cloud based support whilst delivering excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to apply your skills and experience in a dynamic and growing MSP and SaaS organisation. The Role We are looking for aService Desk Analyst. The role is afull timepermanentpositionand requires the successful candidate to work with anexperienced team providing SaaS and managed services support to our clients. Benefits The opportunity to gain valuable experience and work on a diverse range of technologies and environments Extensive hands-on training in manage services tools and technologies Significant earning potential, with competitive base salary Training, mentoring & full support, plus Certifications Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Performing troubleshooting and issue resolution for internal and external users Answering phone calls and responding to support requests Monitoring and responding to security alerts Performing regular maintenance and upkeep tasks on client equipment Processing quotes and orders, and liaising with third party suppliers Working collaboratively with the team to deliver high quality, robust and scalable infrastructure solutions; and Acquire knowledge and obtain certification in Windows server technologies,Cisco/Sophos Networking solutions and Microsoft 365 technologies. Skills & experience We are looking for: Knowledge and understanding of Windows 11, Microsoft Office and Remote Desktop Services; Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint and SharePoint; Experience designing and working with virtualised server, shared storage & highly available technologies; In-depth understanding and knowledge of TCP/IP, Virtual Private Network, Active Directory & DNS Client support and liaison, with excellent communication skills; and A desire to learn and understand more about how systems work. Exposure/Experience in the following is highly regarded: 1st and 2nd level end user support; Microsoft 365 administration and support; Networking and systems administration; Certifications from key vendors: Microsoft, Cisco, Dell. Australian citizenship and security clearance ishighly desirable.
