Job Opportunity: Fully Qualified Butcher RequiredLocation: MittagongPosition Type: Full-TimeRoster: 5-day week - Required hours are 6am-530pm during the week with a rostered day off. Sundays 6-2:30pm.Salary: Above award, dependent upon experience and negotiable for the right person. We are a busy and well-established butcher shop in the Southern Highlands, seeking a fully qualified butcher to join our friendly and dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and cutting of meats to customer specifications Maintaining product quality and presentation Assisting customers with their selections and offering advice Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the work area Managing stock levels and ensuring accurate stock rotation Assist with the training of apprenctices Requirements: MUST have working rights in Australia - We will not offer sponsorship Relevant trade certification required (and will need to be provided upon commencement of employment) Experience in a fast-paced butcher shop Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Benefits: Supportive and friendly team environment.
