We''re looking for a Spray Rig Operator to join our team someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants a reliable, well-supported role without the usual contracting chaos. This is a hands-on role with consistent work, paid overtime, and full vehicle support. About the RoleYou''ll be out in the field operating and managing a spray rig, working alongside a small team and supported by experienced management. Your day-to-day will include: Operating spray rigs for weed control and land management Planning daily runs, routes and job priorities Working alongside a co-worker to get jobs done efficiently Handling chemicals safely and following compliance requirements Maintaining equipment and keeping records up to date Communicating with the team and occasionally with clients This role suits someone who enjoys independence, practical work, and being outdoors, but still wants the backing of a solid team.
