AWE is currently seeking experienced Underground Drill Fitters in the Northern Territory. These roles involve supporting critical underground mining operations by delivering high-quality maintenance, diagnostics and breakdown support on production and drilling equipment. Key Responsibilities: Conducting component change-outs, rebuilds and major repairs on drills, loaders and haul trucks. Performing preventative maintenance inspections to maximise equipment reliability and availability. Troubleshooting hydraulic systems, drilling systems and drivetrain components in underground conditions. Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic faults on underground mining machinery. What''s on Offer: 8/6 Rosters. Rates up to $100 per hour. Casual, Full Time & Subcontractor positions available. Work for a 100% privately owned Australian Company. To be considered, you must hold the following: Australian Working Rights Current Australian Driver''s Licence. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Experience with mining & heavy equipment. Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant). Ability to pass full pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening.
