Were looking for Enrolled Nurses to join our growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide in full or part time permanent positions. In this rewarding role, youll deliver personalised care to clients in their homes, typically seeing 810 patients per shift. Youll use your clinical skills to support patients and families while promoting independence and quality of life. Your clinical scope will include: - Comprehensive wound care (including regime changes) - Medication management - Continence and stomal care - Aged care nursing assessments Youll work on a rotating 7-day roster between 7am and 9pm, with flexibility where possible and no night shifts.
