Key Responsibilities - Lead daily operations of Santini Grill to deliver exceptional, onbrand guest experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner - Drive financial performance through smart rostering, cost control, stock management and revenue growth - Champion outstanding service standards and respond proactively to guest feedback - Train, mentor and inspire a highperforming team, building a strong service culture - Oversee events, activations and marketing initiatives that enhance reputation and revenue - Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, HACCP and all operational standards - Ensure impeccable venue presentation and consistency across all services What Youll Bring - Proven leadership experience in fine dining or highcalibre restaurant environments - Strong wine knowledge and a genuine passion for food and hospitality - Commercial and financial acumen, including labour, COGS and budget management - Ability to inspire, develop and lead diverse teams - Handson, calm and solutionsfocused approach in fastpaced service environments - Creativity and drive to continuously elevate guest experience and performance - Current RSA and Approved Manager Card How You Work - Handson and nonhierarchical leads from the front. - Resilient and solutionsfocused stays calm, moves fast. - Growth mindset learns, shares, and levels up others.
