Our Water Infrastructure Group is expanding in Adelaide, and were looking for a technically driven Civil Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer to help deliver the next generation of water and wastewater infrastructure across South Australia. About the Role Big things are happening in water across SAwith renewals, growth-related upgrades and major capital works creating a strong pipeline of delivery. This role places you at the centre of industryshaping projects, from concept through to detailed design and construction support. As a Civil Engineer / Senior Civil Engineer, youll bring strong technical design capability, practical engineering judgement, and a solutionsfocused mindset to deliver high-quality, buildable outcomes across water and wastewater networks. About the Team Youll join WSPs Water Utilities team in Adelaide, known for technical excellence, a collaborative culture, and a forwardthinking approach to design and delivery. Our team supports projects across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, working closely with clients and delivery partners to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable infrastructure. What Youll Be Doing Deliver civil design and documentation across the full project lifecycle (concept, detailed design, construction support) Produce and review highquality technical deliverables, including reports, drawings and specifications Lead or support design management for water and wastewater infrastructure packages Collaborate across disciplines including structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental and digital engineering Support major programlevel work packages across pipelines, pump stations and renewals Contribute to proposals and pursuits, helping shape winning technical solutions What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) 3+ years experience in engineering consultancy (or equivalent design environment) Strong experience in water networks / water & wastewater infrastructure design Solid understanding of Australian Standards and WSAA codes Experience in detailed design and/or design management Exposure to Civil3D and a genuine interest in digital engineering delivery Understanding of Safety in Design principles Chartered status (or actively working towards it) Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines Bonus: Experience in Design & Construct delivery Why Choose WSP?
