We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Crowd Controllers to join our team and work consistently at prestigious venues around Perth and the Southwest region. Tasks and responsibilities: Provide exceptional and professional customer service with clientele. Screen patrons entering and exiting the premises. Control patron behaviour in and around the premises to ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and guards. Deescalate potential conflict and expertly escort patrons out of venues using appropriate methods. Report in detail any incidents in line with legislation and relevant policies and procedures. Conduct emergency evacuations & perform first aid and/or CPR where applicable. Skills and qualifications: Valid WA Crowd Control license required Valid First Aid Certificate required Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) required Rights to work in Australia required Weekend availability in the evening essential Proficient in English communication and deescalation essential Defence Force experience highly regarded Amateur or professional martial arts training highly regarded 12 years experience in a leadership position in crowd control highly regarded #J-18808-Ljbffr
