Registered Nurse - Relocate to Busselton/Dunsborough Capecare is a leading provider of aged care and accommodation services for seniors across the Southwest region of Western Australia, with facilities in Busselton and Dunsborough. Responsibilities Daytoday operational management of our facilities in Dunsborough and Busselton Ensure residents experience personcentred care and services Coach and support direct reports, adhering to Capecare values Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements Budgeting and financial management and staff management Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff Qualifications Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Minimum of 1 year of fulltime Australian experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds Demonstrated ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach For those requiring sponsorship: current visa must have 812 months until expiry at time of application Benefits Competitive hourly rates ranging from $44$54 AUD (depending on experience) Salary sacrifice benefits up to $18,500 AUD (taxfree) Singleroom accommodation available in a Capecare shared house during the 3month probation period; thereafter a weekly rental fee of approximately $250 per week, including bills Ongoing training and opportunities for growth (including Ageing Australia Transition to Practice Program) Sponsorship options available for Australianbased nurses who meet criteria, with lodgment commencing within 6 months of joining Capecare Flexible shift options (AM, PM, nights) and familyfriendly scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr
