Employability & Career Transition Facilitator (EST / CTA) Full-Time | Regional Victoria (travel required) Location: Colac, VIC servicing clients between Colac and Warrnambool and occasionally to other parts of the region, such as Portland. About The Role This full-time, blended facilitator role delivers both Employability Skills Training (EST) and Career Transition Assistance (CTA) programs. Youll work with diverse job seekers including mature-age participants (45+), long-term unemployed, and people facing barriers to work supporting them to build confidence, develop job-ready skills, and successfully transition into employment. The role combines group-based facilitation, one-on-one coaching, and community engagement, with regular travel across regional sites including Colac, Warrnambool and Gippsland locations. Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging group training sessions across EST and CTA programs Deliver employability, job readiness and career development content Provide individual coaching to support career planning and confidence building Tailor delivery for diverse cohorts, particularly mature-age job seekers Promote programs through outreach, referrals and local partnerships Build relationships with employers, community groups and service providers Maintain accurate records and meet program and compliance requirements About You Youre an experienced trainer, facilitator or career development professional who enjoys helping people navigate career change and return to work. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to adapt training to different audiences.
