Now, at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation, we''re looking for a Senior Development Manager to help lead the next chapter. This isn''t a role where you''ll wait in line for a decision. Here, you''ll have direct access to leadership, real accountability, and full lifecycle visibility across capital strategy, planning, design, delivery, sales and asset management all under one roof. The Role You''ll take the lead on end-to-end delivery of a master-planned community, managing all phases from planning and design approvals through to construction, sales, marketing and community engagement. Working alongside the Project Director, you''ll also play a key role in shaping project strategy and delivery planning.
