Schneider Geospatial is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our SaaS Support team! In this role youll help keep our applications running smoothly for local governments across the country. Youll be part tech troubleshooter, part customer championhelping clients solve problems, understand our tools, and get the most out of the technology they rely on every day. About the Role As a member of our support team youll serve as a frontline resource for clients using our desktop and SaaS applications. That means responding to questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers get back up and running as quickly as possible.
