Benefits Engagement: 12 month Fixed Term contract or permanent staff consideredLocation: Perth AirportCompetitive salary offered Qualifications & Skills Bachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalentExtensive Project Engineering experience within civil contracting sectorAirport project experience advantageous but not essentialStrong background in earthworks, drainage, utilities, and service infrastructureDemonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and deliver complex civil works Strong background in cost, schedule, and progress analytics, including Earned Value Management (EVM) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Sound understanding of safety and quality management systems Duties & Responsibilities Lead the delivery of the inground services package, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and program requirements. Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, and project documentation. Oversee cost control, scheduling, and progress measurement, applying strong analytical and project controls principles. Monitor and report on budget performance, forecast shifts, and project progress against key milestones. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Provide guidance to site and project teams to ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are upheld. Drive process improvement, efficiency, and consistency across project delivery. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
