The successful candidate(s) will have the opportunity to work as part of our Afternoon and Night team, with the ability to pick up additional shifts covering planned and unplanned leave.Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with Aged Care and Bolton Clarke standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.The RoleAs a Registered Nurse, youll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
