As our Sourcing & Sustainability Coordinator, youll play a key role in ensuring we meet evolving customer, supplier and regulatory expectations, while supporting the systems, reporting and assurance activities that underpin responsible business practices. With the flexibility to be based in Adelaide or Melbourne, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact in a national business known for quality, innovation and doing things the right way. About the role Reporting to the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating Beaumont Tiles sourcing governance, sustainability performance and assurance activities across the business. Youll support the delivery of ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives by managing data, reporting, audits and governance processes, ensuring accurate monitoring of performance and timely completion of key assurance activities across sites and suppliers. This role will also work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including Bunnings, to help Beaumont Tiles remain aligned with customer expectations and broader sustainability and sourcing requirements. Youll bring Experience in sourcing, sustainability, compliance, governance, supply chain or audit coordination Strong skills in data collection, analysis and reporting Confidence working across systems, registers, spreadsheets and compliance documentation Experience coordinating audits or supplier governance activities Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities A proactive, detail-focused and process-driven approach A collaborative, professional style aligned with Beaumont Tiles values A passion for continuous improvement and responsible business practices In this role, you will be responsible for Supporting Beaumont Tiles ethical sourcing and sustainability programs Coordinating reporting on waste, energy use and emissions across the business Managing supplier onboarding, risk assessments and compliance activities Coordinating supplier and sourcing audits, including followup actions Supporting ethical sourcing governance and supply chain transparency Maintaining sourcing and sustainability systems, registers and reporting tools Assisting with sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects Supporting compliance with environmental and sourcingrelated requirements Acting as a key contact for sourcing and sustainability communication with Bunnings Coordinating internal and external audit and assurance activities If youre a proactive, detail-focused professional looking to make an impact in sourcing and sustainability, wed love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
