Expression of Interest - Mining Trades (Hard Rock Open Cut) Seeking experienced mining tradespeople for upcoming project, with multiple roles available across maintenance with strong permanent pathways. 24th April, 2026 Myndshift Group supports a number of industries including mining, civil construction, and heavy engineering. Myndshift Group has been engaged by our client partner, a respected mining contractor leading a new open cut Hard Rock operation in Cobar New South Wales. About the Role Myndshift Group is seeking expressions of interest from experienced mining tradespeople with solid hard rock open-cut experience to support maintenance and reliability across a newly mobilising operation. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment is maintained safely and efficiently to meet production targets. You will be working across a fleet including haul trucks (CAT 777), loaders (980), dozers (D10, D11), graders (12M, 14M), excavators (120T+) and ancillary equipment.
