The Albion Hotel is a majestic heritage landmark and a powerhouse in the Perth hospitality scene. Blending 1890s charm with a high-volume, modern operation, the "Albion" is a multi-departmental venue featuring a high-capacity Family Bistro, a bustling Sports Bar, and iconic outdoor social spaces. As a cornerstone of the Cottesloe community, we stay busy seven days a week, requiring a management team that is operationally sharp and handson. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can lead a large team through fastpaced service periods while maintaining the high standards and warm local rapport that our regulars expect from this historic icon. Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. About You Youve been around the bar, bistro, or gaming room block, and maybe already done some supervising Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up Youve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away Youve got a current RSA and Approved Managers Card as per state requirements The benefits are good too!
