a maximum term contract, ending April 2028 About The Role Deliver the Healthy Towns (Murwillumbah) Program, a twoyear, Commonwealthfunded initiative running until April 2028 Support local services, networks and agencies to work in partnership to respond to community needs Build the capacity of community groups and committees through planning support, collaboration and funding submissions Strengthen social connection, participation and wellbeing so older people can age well and with dignity Contribute to healthier, more connected and resilient communities through communityled initiatives Provide professional support across consultation, research, project delivery, monitoring and grant seed funding programs Whats On Offer a maximum term contract, ending April 2028 a base salary ranging from $84,316 per annum with competencybased increments up to $99,874 per annum, plus 12% super 70hour, 9 day fortnight training and development opportunities flexible work options for a healthy work/life balance generous employment conditions Qualifications Someone with degreelevel qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Humanities, Social Science or Community Development), or demonstrated solid experience in a similar role Demonstrated experience delivering community capacitybuilding outcomes, including responding to sensitive and complex issues Strong research, writing and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders Proven experience in group facilitation and community consultation Ability to manage competing priorities and effectively reprioritise in a dynamic environment About Us Located on the picturesque far North Coast of NSW, bordering the Gold Coast.
