The club supports Juniors by providing them with a fun and safe platform to learn the basics of football. About the Role We are seeking a coach for our Womens All Age Divisions. Training sessions are held once a week on Wednesday nights in Maroubra, with games played on Sundays around the Eastern Suburbs. Responsibilities include: Create a fun, positive, and encouraging environment Possess a good understanding of football, either through playing or coaching experience Run training sessions Manage the team on game day Collaborate with a team manager to organize equipment, player availability, and game logistics Continue developing football leadership skills through coaching courses and clinics Motivate and inspire players No previous coaching experience is required, but a good understanding of football is preferred.
