Job Role: Receptionist / Administrator - Hopetoun Organisation: Livingston Medical Overview Livingston Medical currently has an opportunity for a part time or casual medical receptionist/administrator to join our dynamic, energetic team in Hopetoun. The role is on-site and includes working alongside our two GPs, Paramedic, Nurse and visiting doctors/allied health providers. Hours: 16-18 per week. Experience is not necessary as training can be provided for the right candidate. Essential Attributes High level of confidentiality and professionalism Computer savvy and IT literate Polite, discreet phone and interpersonal skills; emotional intelligence and ability to triage over the phone and face-to-face Ability to multitask in a high pressure and fast paced environment Work rights in Australia Desirable Skills Previous experience in the medical industry or similar industries Experience in using Medical Director (Helix) Software or similarKnowledge of Medicare, DVA, Workcover and private medical sector Certification & References Police Check and WWC Certificate First aid and CPR certification Two or more professional references Benefits The successful applicant will be rewarded with a professional, friendly workplace where employees are well supported and nurtured to grow both personally and professionally.
