Overview Pay - 16-17 - 8.00 per hour. 18+ - 12.71 per hour. 20 hrs per week Sales Assistant - Host. As a host, youll be the first smile our customers see and the reason they come back. Youll be out on the shop floor, approaching customers, understanding what theyre looking for and helping them bring their vision to life. Youll be confident recommend products, spotting opportunities to upsell, and creating those little moments of joy that make a big difference. Youll also be tech-savvy, using our systems to check stock and organise home delivery, recommend online exclusives, and sort any queries with ease. Whether its helping someone find the perfect cushion or guiding them to something they didnt even know they needed, youll make every visit feel personal. What youll be doing Youll be customer obsessed always considering the impact of your actions on the customer experience and striving to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way. Youll consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience. Youll be the first point of call for our customers, focused on providing exceptional customer service and offering assistance across all departments on the shop floor. Youll help customer find the right products for them, offer advice where required and ensure they leave with everything they came in looking for. Youll process orders for Click & Collect and Home Delivery, offering thousands more products to our customers than whats in store. Youll ensure the store is well presented and tidy throughout the day so we look at our best. Tills offering a friendly and efficient checkout experience. Youll take the time to check everythings complete and pack fragile items with care, making sure every shopper leaves feeling confident their items will arrive home safely and in perfect condition. Shop Floor helping shoppers find exactly what theyre looking for - and maybe even something they didnt know they needed. Youll offer friendly, knowledgeable support that leaves a lasting impression, building loyalty through genuine service and a real passion for our products and people. Stock & Delivery a handson role that involves some heavy lifting and plenty of variety. While youll be taking in deliveries, checking stock, and replenishing the shop floor, this isnt just a backroom job its customer-facing too. Youll keep displays looking their best, update pricing and recover the store after busy periods, all while staying tuned in to what shoppers need and making sure everythings easy to find, well-presented and ready to go.
