Responsibilities Operate various mining mobile plant, including Excavators (Cat6020B and Ex3600), Graders (Cat16M and 18M), Dozers (CatD10T, D10T2, 854K), highspeed loaders (Cat992), Dump Trucks (777F/G and 789) and Cat Water Carts (777F). Perform dozer tasks: floor cleanups, dig RL, drill pattern preparation, waste dump pushing, keep RL correct, and clear topsoil areas. Maintain haul roads as grader: keep camber and crown on roads, pit haul roads, running track maintenance and drill pattern preparation. Act as backup excavator operator in a production environment. Hot seat dump truck operations on site or fill in when shortstafed. Qualifications Valid Cclass drivers licence. Current clear national police clearance (issued no earlier than 6 months). Significant experience operating the above machinery in an openpit production mining environment. Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
