Key Responsibilities Marketing Activity Plan and execute integrated marketing activity across advertising, digital, and in-store activations Brief and deliver high-quality campaigns and content with creative, media, and external agency partners Own the social media presence of your brands, working closely with the social agency on content, calendar and community management Support new product launch activities Brand Planning Assist the annual brand planning process, developing short- and long-term brand strategies aligned with company objectives Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential risks Market Analysis Gather and analyse sales data, consumer feedback, and market research to measure brand performance Prepare regular reports on campaign metrics and market trends Provide recommendations to optimise brand activity and maximise market share Budget & Financial Management Assist in tracking brand budgets, raising purchase orders, and ensuring cost effectiveness Identify cost-saving opportunities and budget optimisation initiatives Cross-Functional Engagement Liaise with sales and internal teams to maximise the impact of brand plan activity Create sales tools and decks to drive internal and external buy-in Take on mentorship tasks and delegated responsibilities to build leadership skills Brand Consistency & Governance Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels Keep internal and external portals up to date with current materials and imagery Support training for internal stakeholders to uphold brand standards Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience: 13 years in brand management, marketing, or a similar role FMCG experience highly regarded Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI, Circana, or similar analytics platforms is a plus Analytical: Strong ability to interpret market data, derive insights, and recommend solutions Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive and collaborative by nature Creative Mindset: Able to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approaches in a competitive market #J-18808-Ljbffr
