About the Role The Business Development Manager will focus on selling the diverse PPE product range to customers, serving as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities include identifying the best product options through effective questioning, delivering demos and presentations, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, this role collaborates with the National Sales Manager to manage designated territories, ensuring consistent brand presence and customer satisfaction. Based out of central Perth, this role covers the WA territory. While primarily focused on account management, youll also have the chance to identify and convert new customers while leveraging existing relationships to cross-sell and upsell within product categories. Day to day Manage a designated territory to achieve sales targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to maximise sales potential and ensure high levels of service. Execute regular call cycles to service the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities. Promote the product range and merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand visibility in accounts. Present and promote new products and marketing initiatives to customers to drive in-store growth. Provide in-store training and support to customers'' sales teams, ensuring proper knowledge of products and merchandising strategies. Actively pursue new customer acquisition within the territory through cold calls, visits, and networking. Maintain accurate and timely call logs and update customer information in the CRM Systems. Attend trade shows and customer events for the company.
