We are seeking an experienced Stores Supervisor to lead our Welshpool stores team and ensure the efficient, safe, and organised operation of our warehouse and inventory functions.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day stores operations.Why Join All Rubber?Permanent, full-time position with long-term stabilityLeadership opportunity within an established teamSupportive and team-focused work environmentVariety in daily tasks across warehouse and logistics functionsOpportunity to improve processes and drive efficiencyOngoing work within a well-established WA businessThe RoleReporting to the Service Manager, the Stores Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the stores function, supervising staff, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations.You will lead and support a small team while maintaining strong stock control, freight coordination, and housekeeping standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily stores operations and workflowLead and support a team of stores personnelManage inward and outward goods, including receipting and dispatchOversee stock handling, storage, and organisationCoordinate monthly, biannual, and annual stocktakesMaintain accurate stock levels and liaise with purchasing for reorderingReview stock discrepancies and implement corrective actionsCoordinate freight bookings and logistics movementsEnsure stores areas remain clean, organised, and safeSupport workshop teams by issuing stock and equipmentOperate forklifts and assist with loading and unloadingMaintain stock identification and inventory systemsAssist with general site and equipment checksEnsure compliance with company safety proceduresAbout YouYou are a strong organiser with proven warehouse or stores experience who is confident supervising staff and maintaining high operational standards.To succeed in this role, you will have:Proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or logistics environmentPrevious supervisory or team leadership experienceStrong stock control and inventory management skillsExperience coordinating freight and logisticsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilityAbility to communicate effectively across teamsA hands-on approach and willingness to support daily operationsSound computer skills and experience using inventory systemsStrong commitment to safety and workplace standardsLicences & QualificationsCurrent C-Class Drivers LicenceCurrent Forklift Licence (HRWL)Minimum 2 years recent forklift experienceMR LicenceDogging or Rigging ticketExperience supervising warehouse teamsAll successful applicants must pass pre-employment requirements including medical, drug & alcohol testing, and police clearance.About All RubberAll Rubber is a trusted supplier of conveyor belt products and services across Western Australia.
