Extras that support you Novated leasing, Fitness Passport. What Youll Be Doing: Youll provide trusted, respectful support to Elders helping them live safely and comfortably at home and in community. Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, etc. Transportation and Personal Care: assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding, etc. Client Awareness: build relationships with clients and their families, conduct client observations with ongoing support and training. Safety Practices: adhere to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and customers safe. Who Were Looking For A compassionate, respectful, and reliable carer. Holds a valid Australian drivers licence and has a reliable car. Brings empathy, cultural awareness, and a willingness to learn. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply. NonAboriginal carers committed to culturally safe care are also welcome. Both experienced and entrylevel carers encouraged to apply. Qualifications and Experience Disability Support Worker. Community Services/Mental Health worker. Assistant in Nursing (AIN). Bachelor of Social Work or Nursing.
