Key Responsibilities Employment Coach is a dynamic and rewarding position. You will play a key role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their goals while meeting the contractual requirements of an employment service provider. Assisting diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challenges Delivering coaching to improve employability skills, confidence and career planning Preparing quality resumes, cover letters and supporting the job application process Finding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf Referring customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health and financial counselling Providing additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment Documenting customer information and progress accurately within Workskil Australia and Government systems About You Youll be a great fit for the team if you have a passion and drive for helping others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working independently and as part of a team Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Meeting a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute Applicants with previous experience in employment services will be highly regarded.
