We are seeking expressions of interest from talented and motivated individuals to join our Cancer Trials Unit across a range of roles from administration through to project leadership. About the Opportunities We are building a pipeline of candidates for multiple positions, including: Clinical Trial Coordinator In this role, you will play a key part in leading the delivery of clinical trials, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will guide team members, oversee study progress, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver highquality, patientfocused outcomes. Clinical Trial Administrator As a Clinical Project Administrator, you will provide essential support to project and clinical teams, helping to coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and ensure trials run smoothly and efficiently in a fastpaced environment. Scheduling Assistant The Scheduling Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of patient appointments within the Cancer Trials Unit. This position is responsible for booking and managing patient visits in alignment with clinical trial protocols, while proactively liaising with clinic teams to confirm resource availability, including clinicians, treatment rooms, and equipment. Working closely with project and clinical staff, the Scheduling Assistant helps optimise appointment schedules, minimise delays, and ensure a seamless experience for both patients and healthcare providers in a fastpaced, highly coordinated environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinating and supporting the daytoday delivery of clinical trials Tracking study progress, timelines, and key metrics Preparing and maintaining essential trial documentation Supporting investigator meetings and site visits Liaising with internal teams, sponsors, and external vendors Identifying and resolving operational challenges Supporting or leading team members, depending on role level About You We are looking for individuals who are: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Effective communicators, able to build relationships across diverse stakeholders Comfortable working in fastpaced, dynamic environments Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines Passionate about delivering highquality outcomes in clinical research Additionally, you may bring: Experience coordinating clinical trials or similar projects (for lead roles) Leadership or team support experience (for senior roles) Strong administrative and coordination experience (for entrylevel roles) Familiarity with working within regulated environments and protocols Our Culture and Benefits We encourage a workforce that is innovative, eager to acquire knowledge and enhance skills; we embrace all employee differences and foster a culture that supports diversity and inclusion.
