As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Logistics Administrator to join our operations team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Inductions: Lead the coordination of driver site inductions and ensure all terminal access requirements are met and up to date. Travel & Personnel Logistics: Arrange travel and accommodation for the team to ensure operational continuity. Documentation Management: Process, distribute and file driver documentation with high accuracy, including managing tanker tag requests. Regulatory Support: Manage the renewal process for shire permits to keep the fleet compliant with local regulations. Payroll Assistance: Review driver timesheets, identify discrepancies, and work closely with payroll/management to resolve them. Operational Collaboration: Act as a bridge between departments, supplying vital information as required to support the broader DM3 mission.
