We specialise in workwear, safety gear, and corporate uniforms, proudly stocking trusted Australian brands like King Gee, Hard Yakka, Steel Blue, and Blundstone. Were currently seeking a full-time Retail Assistant who brings reliability, initiative, and strong attention to detail. This is more than a retail role this is a chance to become a key member of a small, high-performing team where your contribution directly impacts the business. This role is one of only two positions in the store, so the right person must be capable, adaptable, and willing to take ownership beyond basic retail tasks. What Youll Do: Precision Matters Youll take pride in accuracy from making sure products are shelved correctly, to checking order details and catching the small things before they become issues. Be Proactive Were looking for someone who identifies problems early, improves processes, and steps in where needed without being asked. Real Responsibility Youll be hands-on with stock control, visual merchandising, customer orders, and day-to-day store operations. This role requires more than just making sales youll help run the shop. Work as Part of a Small Team With only two roles in the store, reliability and accountability are critical. Youll work closely with the business owners and be trusted to manage responsibilities independently. Customer-Focused Thinking Our customers expect informed, practical advice not just transactions. Youll develop product knowledge and provide solutions, not just process sales. What You Bring: - Experience using retail POS and EFTPOS systems - Basic computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel) - Strong attention to detail and organisation - A proactive mindset with problem-solving ability - A team-first attitude with a willingness to learn Working Hours: - Monday to Friday, 9am5pm - Every second Saturday, 9am12pm (with an RDO for each Saturday worked) - No work required on Sundays, nights or public holidays Please note: Only applicants who can commit to the Saturday rotation will be considered.
