What youll be doing: In this role, you will support individuals affected by substance use through recoveryfocused, harmminimisation care. You will deliver evidencebased interventions while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful recovery outcomes. You will: - Providing comprehensive intake, assessment, risk management and case management for individuals experiencing alcohol and other drug related issues. - Delivering evidencebased therapeutic interventions using a recoveryoriented and harmminimisation approach. - Supporting clients through withdrawal management and, where applicable, Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) care in line with NSW Health guidelines. - Working collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and multidisciplinary partners to ensure coordinated, personcentred care. - Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, data collection and reporting to support quality care and service improvement. Your contribution as a healthcare professional will have a meaningful and positive impact, which is felt at a community level.
