About Us: Bamboo Home Support is a trusted and culturally inclusive NDIS and Aged Care provider delivering high-quality clinical and community-based care to clients across Northern Adelaide. Our services support individuals to live independently with dignity and safety. Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our clinical team. You will be providing in-home nursing care, clinical assessments, and supporting clients with chronic conditions, post-hospital care, wound care, continence support, and medication management. Key Responsibilities: - Perform clinical assessments and reviews - Deliver wound care, catheter care, and continence assessments - Administer medications and monitor side effects - Develop and update care plans in collaboration with the case manager - Support palliative and chronic care clients - Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes - Liaise with families, GPs, and allied health professionals - Supervise and support support workers when required Mandatory Requirements: - Current AHPRA Registration (RN or EN) - Experience in community, aged care, or disability nursing - Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check - National Police Clearance - First Aid & CPR Certificate - Infection Control and Humanization History Training - Must have an Unrestricted SA Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable: - Experience with NDIS or Support at Home clients - Continence and wound care training - Familiarity with BambooCare or similar clinical software - Multilingual (especially Nepali, Hindi, Punjabi) is a bonus What We Offer: - Flexible working hours based on your availability - Supportive and respectful team environment - Ongoing clinical training and upskilling - Competitive hourly rates (based on experience and role) - Opportunity to work with clients who value cultural understanding and respect #J-18808-Ljbffr
