With strong communication skills, the ability to facilitate workshops and a talent for coaching individuals, your expertise and credibility have influenced early childhood practice at the service and sector level. In this role, you willuse a range of leadership and coaching frameworks to support others to reflectand improve their practice. You will draw on your knowledge and expertisein a wide range of early childhood settings and areas including pedagogy andpractice, inclusion, wellbeing, child safety and reform implementation tosupport and inspire educators, teachers and teams. Contemporary knowledge ofbest practices in early childhood education, a practical understanding ofcurriculums and the NQS and extensive teaching experience is essential.
