Your new role In Balmoral, childcare isnt just a service, its a lifeline for local families. Our small, long day care service supports farming and rural families to work, contribute and stay connected to their community. We currently operate three days per week with eight places and have a waiting list of more than 20 local families. If youre a qualified educator whos taken a break from childcare, this role could be a great way to return. With parttime hours, a small service and a closeknit team, you can ease back into the sector while making a real difference locally. Located within the Balmoral Family Centre Community Hub, were proud to be deeply connected to the local community and to offer a calm, welcoming environment for children, families and educators alike. Your skills and experience Youll bring with you: - Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) - Experience in an early learning setting (recent or returning educators welcome) - A warm, practical and communitymindful approach - A desire to support children and families in a rural town - Current Working with Children Check.
