About the roleWe are seeking a passionate Nurse to coordinate and facilitate consumer assessments to support AN-ACC classifications and requests for reclassification, as indicated by change in clinical condition of consumers within our Residential Aged Care facilities.This is a permanent part-time position for 23 days per week (0.40.6 EFT), with flexibility to suit your availability.
