We are seeking a professional and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join the Grace Workplace Solutions team. The position is based primarily on-site at our client location in downtown Canberra. The successful applicant, along with the facilities team, will be responsible for the smooth operation of our key clients facilities. About The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will be, but not limited to: Office removalist & handyman services Process work orders on time, assigning vehicles, crew and equipment and service partners as required Supervision of team members and service partners through the course of their service delivery Ensure high-quality service provision for each task as measured by customer feedback Data entry in the Grace operational system and client-specific systems as required Handson service provision as necessary to complete required tasks promptly Collaborate with various departments to understand their facilityrelated needs Ensure compliance with sitespecific policies and safety measures About You Car licence required Must be NV1 certified MR licence preferred but not essential White card Working at heights certification preferred but not essential Facilities management experience is ideal, but not required. Relevant WH&S experience. Demonstrated communication skills and strong negotiation skills. Customerfocused outlook, but ability to be firm where necessary.
