Transformation Risk, Programs and Cyber Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure Transformation Practice Overview Transformation Practice brings together the skills and capabilities to support our clients to address their big agendas and deliver transformation programs, and encompasses: Architecture & Technology Business & Experience Change & Capability Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Execution & Enablement Architecture & Technology The Architecture & Technology team helps our clients to take full advantage of digital capabilities to deliver against their strategic objectives. We work across elements including: Enterprise architecture from strategic outcomes to business capabilities, human capital to data assets, design patterns to digital capabilities. Design, build, testing and automation of technology solutions from full stack development to engineering of hyperscale platforms (AWS, Azure, Google), enablement of SaaS industry solutions (Salesforce, ServiceNow). Development operations from agile ways of working, tooling, AI enablement and environments. Business & Experience The Business & Experience team provides multi-disciplinary expertise to help clients envision, design and deliver the capabilities needed achieve their strategic objectives. We work across elements including: Capability definition, design, development and costing. Systems engineering. Operating model design. Business requirements and process mapping. Service model design. Change & Capability The Change & Capability team empowers our clients to plan, prepare for and take advantage of the rapid changes to work and their workforce. We work across elements including: Organisational and cultural transformation Future of work and workforce Learning and capability uplift Change strategy and delivery Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) The Data & Artificial Intelligence team unlocks the value of data to provide actionable insights and identifies how and where AI can be leveraged to deliver a capability advantage. We work across elements including: Data mapping, transformation and migration Data strategy and platforms Reporting and data visualisation Gen AI and LLMs Advanced analytics / simulations Execution & Enablement The Execution & Enablement team are experts in the establishment and management of complex programs across distributed teams from work definition, planning, reporting to quality assurance, and contract management. We work across elements including: Benefits definition, tracking and measurement Program and portfolio office Strategic planning linked to Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) Agile delivery (incl. JIRA expertise) Delivery governance, risk and issue management Job Description Our graduate program is a 12-month journey that gives you realworld experience, handson learning, and exposure to industryleading projects. You''ll gain handson experience by shadowing senior leaders and participating in engaging chats with industry experts, providing deep insights into consulting fundamentals and the industries we serve. With structured learning, personalised mentoring, elearning pathways, and ongoing feedback, well set you up for success from day one. Qualifications You can apply if youre in the final year of your degree and will have completed by March 2027, or if you completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in 2025. You will need to be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident.
