Working closely with customers, logistics providers and internal teams, you will ensure orders are processed efficiently, compliantly and in line with credit terms, shipping schedules and company procedures.This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Planning, Operations and International Offices. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth endtoend export operations and contribute positively to the success of the wider Sales & Marketing team.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage export customer orders accurately in SAPLiaise with customers regarding order requirements and minimum order quantitiesCoordinate with Planning and Operations to confirm stock availability and production schedulesBook vessels, organise FCL and LCL shipments and liaise with logistics providers and hauliersPrepare and issue export documentation in line with shipping terms and proceduresEnsure export documentation is accurate, complete and delivered on timeCheck and process freight invoices related to export shipmentsMaintain effective communication with internal teams, international offices and external stakeholdersProvide administrative support to the Export Sales team and assist with additional export duties as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in export administration along with a proactive, customerfocused approach.
