Your focus will be on delivering outstanding member experiences, maintaining high standards of service and driving business growth. Youll collaborate closely with the General Manager to achieve membership growth and elevate our clubs performance.Member Experience Welcoming members at all touchpoints Ensure the club operates efficiency Handling inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally Fostering engagement through personalized interactions Maintain club rules and policies Support key services like Rest and Recovery, Personal Training, and Group FitnessTeamwork Cultivate a positive team culture Monitor shift planning and checklists for club team Deliver high service and sales standards Ensure team compliance with systems and policiesMembership Growth Engage with potential members to understand fitness goals Focus on member retention and referrals Implementing protocols for saving memberships Assist the General Manager with execution of SMART Plans Work with club team to achieve club goals Develop local community partnershipsWhy join the Crunch fam?
