Youll be out in the yard and on the road, working handson with drivers to build their capability, confidence, and commitment to safety. About the Role As a Driver Trainer at RFT Orange, youll: Train, review, and coach drivers in the yard and on the road Conduct driver recruitment assessments and interviews Support inductions and onroad observations Carry out drug and alcohol testing, coupling checks, and site inspections Complete driver reviews at 1 and 3 months Travel between Central West NSW stores and DCs in the Sydney basin also supporting the team throughout Peak periods in the Sydney Basin Report on training and driver activities using mobile technology (minimal office time) This is a fulltime, permanent role based at RFTs Orange Depot, reporting into the Orange Divisions Operations team.
