About The Role This is a role where you can make a real difference, every day. Working within Retail Ready Operations Australia, youll report to the Head of Site and lead daytoday and strategic site operations. Youll drive safety, quality, culture, and performance, leading large teams in a fastpaced, short shelflife manufacturing environment to deliver for our customers and Coles. Have direct responsibility for the leadership of the Operations, Warehousing, Production and L&D teams. Develop and sustain a diverse, capable workforce through strategic workforce planning and robust succession and talent management. Implement proactive initiatives that mitigate risk and injury and create a positive safety culture across the site. Lead best practice operational efficiency and achieve sustainable business success through the delivery of major project initiatives. About You and Your Skills Proven leader in FMCG/manufacturing operations Experience leading large, multilevel teams and building highperforming, engaged leadership teams Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement Deep understanding of food safety, quality, and compliance Commercially focused with strong decisionmaking skills Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering/Science/Food Technology/Supply Chain What''s in it for you?
