Job Description Ready to take control of high-performance gear at a site that values skill, safety, and teamwork? MLG is on the hunt for an experienced Mobile Plant Operator to join our crushing and screening crew. If you know your way around loaders, excavators, and dump trucks and you take pride in keeping plant running at peak performance we want to hear from you. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, youll be a key player in keeping our crushing and screening operations moving safely and efficiently. What Youll Be Doing Run crushing and screening plant with precision and efficiency Manage feeding and tailing processes from the screen Complete detailed prestart checks and documentation each shift Carry out daily servicing and maintenance, including: Cleaning cabs and washing windows Greasing lube points Changing tyres and crusher wear parts Refuelling and washing machinery Inspecting ground engaging tools Work closely with site leadership to keep production on track Uphold strict safety standards and contribute to operational targets What You Bring Minimum 2+ years crushing & screening experience Proven experience operating Loaders, Excavators & Dump Trucks Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on site Valid Drivers Licence Ability to pass preemployment medical, Drug & Alcohol screen & national police clearance What MLG Offers You $5 per hour Site Bonus (paid on every hour worked) Super paid on ALL hours worked $6,000+ Employee Referral Bonus Bring your mates and earn big Full PPE supplied (Shirts, Pants, Boots & Jacket) Salary sacrifice options Novated lease options Wellmaintained, highquality crushing equipment Supportive leadership & inclusive team culture Recognition for outstanding performance At MLG, youre not just another operator youre part of a team that values skill, safety, and mateship.
