Our employees work principally in the workplaceSalary from $129,464 to $142,665 plus superannuation and leave loading About the role NSW Public Works (NSW PW) is part of the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and supports local and state government agencies to deliver critical infrastructure initiatives by providing expert advisory, planning, design, delivery and support services. Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of civil and community infrastructure projects across the South Coast. This includes water and wastewater infrastructure, transport interfaces, and public assets critical to regional growth. Youll lead projects end-to-endmanaging scope, programme, risk, and commercial performancewhile acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The role also involves leading procurement and contracts and supporting a highperforming team environment. About You Were looking for someone with a proven ability to deliver projects in environments where clear communication, good judgement and strong stakeholder engagement are essential. You will bring: A background in engineering, construction, or major infrastructure project management Experience managing multiple projects with defined time, cost and quality outcomes Knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and delivery risk management Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse client groups and community stakeholders A commitment to professional integrity, teamwork, and strong work ethic Relevant trade, posttrade or tertiary qualifications (engineering preferred; construction/project management considered) Demonstrated experience in civil, water, wastewater or similar infrastructure A valid NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel to project sites across the region (including occasional overnight stays).
