Role: Accounts Payable Officer Were looking for a detaildriven Accounts Payable Officer to join our Support Office team in North Sydney. If you love accuracy, smooth processes, and building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, this role is for you. What youll be doing Owning the endtoend invoice process - from validation through to timely payment. Resolving purchase order inconsistencies and keeping vendor records accurate and up to date. Managing supplier master data, including bank details, ABNs, and contact information. Coordinating monthend tasks such as supplier statement collection, invoice followups and accrual support. Processing a variety of financial transactions including prize fund refunds, employee expenses, freight/duty invoices, and overseas payments. Building strong working relationships with suppliers, team members, and internal stakeholders. What youll bring At least 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable position. Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Strong MS Office skills and confidence across key applications. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or similar (preferred but not essential).
