About the role We have a permanent position for an Asset Management professional in our Statewide Renewals team to be responsible for the drainage asset portfolio, including stormwater/drainage crossings and road bridges. This role will provide recommendations for prioritised asset replacement, based on asset condition, asset risk and required levels of service. This role is based in our Leederville office reporting to our Team Leader Statewide Renewals. About you Youll hold a degree or diploma qualification in an engineering discipline or similar, and have significant experience in planning, design, acquisition, or operational delivery of asset investment programmes in state government or local government environments. A background in asset management, with drainage/stormwater infrastructure and road infrastructure will be highly desirable. Your ability to build and drive positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be important in this role. Youll also be encouraged to travel to see the assets and maintain regional stakeholder relationships. You may not have experience in all of the areas required, but you are able to learn and are interested in developing those skills.
