Personal Trainer Personal Trainers are at the heart of our business because great coaches are key to members feeling satisfied and achieving results. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver oneonone personal training sessions, enhance member experience, and support One Playgrounds strong brand and culture. Responsibilities Lead on the gym floor among the Personal Trainer team. Handle complex situations and clients with diverse needs. Apply knowledge of diverse exercises and adjust plans to individual client requirements. Help clients develop short and longterm goals and introduce them to personal training packages. Analyse client behaviour and abilities to create safe, effective workouts. Support the development, design and delivery of members programs. Assist clients in reaching their individual goals. Deliver a minimum of 3540 coaching sessions to members each week. Provide advice on nutrition, health and lifestyle changes where suitable. Maintain a healthy client base in line with role targets and organisational goals. Lead group fitness classes as necessary. Customer Service Manage the gym floor to create a safe environment for members. Engage with members to enhance their gym experience. Nurture relationships with clients, other members and team members. Administration Generate and submit performance reports on a fortnightly basis. Record and create reports of each clients progress. Keep client programs securely and up to date. Manage client accounts to ensure accurate payments and billing. Continual Development Stay on top of the latest trends, education and literature to provide great client service and advice. Attend weekly development meetings and complete required training. Unique ability to motivate, inspire and connect with others. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Minimum Cert IV in Fitness qualification.
