On-site in Narooma with alternate weekly travel to Batemans Bay and Bega Relocation costs of up to $5000 and 6 weeks temporary accommodation We are supporting our client, Katungul Aboriginal Corporation Regional Health & Community Services, to find a values-driven Human Resource Manager, whos passionate about people, culture, and community impact. About The Role This HR Management position will lead and strengthen the team''s people and culture function. The role is a handson and strategic position where youll partner closely with leaders and teams to build a thriving, culturally safe, and highperforming workplace. What Youll Be Doing Be a trusted advisor to leaders, providing practical, solutionsfocused HR guidance Lead both strategic and operational HR functions across the organisation Partner with teams across three sites, providing handson, visible HR support Drive workforce strategies that attract, retain, and develop a valuesdriven workforce Champion a culturally safe, inclusive, and engaged workplace Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to offboarding Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, Awards, WHS, and internal policies Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management Strengthen HR systems, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency and outcomes What Youll Bring Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline Strong, endtoend HR experience across employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning Proven ability to lead HR initiatives, projects, or organisational change Experience working in cross-cultural environments, with a genuine commitment to cultural safety Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation, Awards, and compliance frameworks Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust High level of discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters Excellent communication skills, including policy development and reporting Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fastpaced environment Whats On Offer Competitive salary and salary packaging benefits Flexible work options, including occasional work from home A supportive, collaborative, and culturally responsive workplace Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Aboriginal community services Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Katungul strongly encourages applications from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
